- A technician performs an on-site diagnostic; if the battery is not the issue, no fee is charged and the sale is not finalized.
- Payment is only collected upon installation (card, PIX, or cash) and can be split into up to 10 interest-free installments.

- Local availability and operating hours vary by city and battery model — confirmed at checkout after selecting the city.
